SBC is our carrier, and it was SBC who called... so if you're a customer, I guess it's not considered unsolicited?

SBC is our carrier, and it was SBC who called... so if you're a customer, I guess it's not considered unsolicited?
Come to think of it I remeber SBC trying to sell me a few extra features a few months ago. And they would call every few days, but they stopped after I told them to take me off their list. Maybe it only works if your the owner of the account. Next time don't say "He's not here" just say, "I'm not interested and please take me off of your list"
