Always do micro before macro. Once you get into graduate level courses, however. they branch off further into their respective theories and idiosynchrasies, and the order becomes less relevent.

They really are completely separate ideas. My college had macro first. But since you don't have to intermix them, it wouldn't matter if you took micro first. Note: some colleges decide to intermix them and thus then order will be important. Why don't you ask the professor if he/she does that?
