bench 180 reps of 10
weighted crunch 170 pounds reps of 20
leg press 250 reps of 10
for shoulder excersises i stay around 115-130 never going over 150
i do preacher curls about 65-70 lbs, but this is not freeweight and uses both arms... it is akward though because the machine allows you to curl till your hands are behind your ears...
also i do 120lbs reps of 10 on this shoulder/ pec machine we have... is just like lifting weight upwards with the top of your arm.

my diet is more like 2-3 breakfast bars orange juice for breakfast
i have a bottle of water and a snack at activity
i always get water a hot lunch and chips for lunch
cofee and snack after school
snack after arriving home
snack while doing hw
snack before dinner
dinner usually meat /potatoes/ vegies/ milk
after dinner munchies
and then a snack or two before bed...

i drink water with all of these snacks as well....

anyways i went from 155 lbs flat to 156.5 pounds in 1 week last week... This is apretty big deal for me because i am trying tp gain muscle and mass for lacrosse season.
