Definitely real, simply because people in the background would be gawking more were it a mannequin.
 
Real. I'd have to do some digging to remember what her name is, but she's got a sister too and they do cosplay together.

The character she's doing - if anyone cares - is Chii from Chobits (anime). Typical 'boy-falls-in-love-with-robot' story.
 
Creepy, but amazing makeup work. Even her knees are made-up. 😛

And I like the fourth pic for some reason.
 
It's real, the hands look real in the second pic and the face looks real too...just a lot of make up. Creepy.
