This is also the average rate at which my little (little as in 16 years old, since he's 6'2") brother consumes milk. He lives on the stuff, can drink 3 or 4 gallons a day if he wants to. Usually he does 1 ~ 2, but I've seen him finish off an entire gallon in the span of an hour.

EDIT: though yes, it wasn't whole milk. He might be able to do whole milk on an empty stomach, but seeing as he hardly ever drinks the stuff I don't know for sure.

Cinnamon is a natural irritant. Mass amounts overload the body and make it think it's a poison of some kind. (At that point, it probably is) It's not impossible to get a spoonful down, as one can build up a tolerance to almost anything, but the average person won't be able to do it 99.99% of the time.
 
Yes, my resistance to hotpeppers improved by quite a bit when I started to eat them. However, I am not immune to them, and probably never will. Oh, and I don't want to try the cinnamon thing
