Is it possible to visualize the content of multiple drives into one drive or folder?

Lets say I have 3 drives, I want to see their content in one place.

I don't care if I cannot write to that place, I just want to be able to see, and execute a file.

Is it possible?

LVM does that for linux. You can make volumes out of any number of disks, resize partitions, add and remove disks.
Windows? I have no clue.

Volume Mount Points might be worth looking at. Not sure if they meet your criteria or not.
