Is it possible to tell the stepping of an Athlon without removing the heatsink?

I was wondering if it is possible through software like SANDRA to see the stepping of my Athlon 1700+. I forgot to check it when I installed it and am too lazy to go into the case and remove the heatsink and fan. Are there any programs which can do this as it would be very nice.
