Is it possible to share a digital camera?

i have a Kodak camera that I put on a docking station. It then pops up with a drive letter in My Computer. I have tried to share the drive it pops up as but can see nothing on the drive when looking at it from another computer. I know there are files on the internal memory and on the SD card. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to share a external drive like that? I figured it would be like sharing a USB external drive.

You should be able to share it the same way you would share any drive on the computer. Of course, it won't be available when the camera isn't connected, but otherwise it will work just fine as long as it actually shows up in My Computer as a mapped drive letter (removable drive).

I thought it would also, but it won't work that way. I can connect to it but not see any of the files on it.
