Is it possible to reset all NTFS permissions to defaults.

I was playing around and I messed up some of my NTFS permissions and was just wondering is their any way to reset everything back to defaults without losing my data.

Thanks, that worked for the C: drive but the rest were all left the same, but I can fix those myself.
