Is it possible to put something inside a balloon?

I have a cd I want to put inside a balloon for a friend. Is this possible? And where could this be done?
 
Step 1: Break CD into ~300 pieces
Step 2: Stuff shards into balloon neck carefully, as to not tear the balloon.
Step 3: Give to friend!
 
used to be a booth at the mall that put stuff in balloons

years and years ago i bought a bear in a balloon for my gf at the time
the bitchass broke up with me before i could give her the bear, so the bear sat in my car for months

it slowly deflated and looked really freaky
 
You'd need a big balloon to stuff a CD inside of, but I stuck three golfballs into a medium sized balloon before it got full.
 
it's absolutely possible.
you need a tube with a diameter as big as the cd's (maybe one of those cases for the 50 pack of cdr's).
Wrap the balloon tip around the tube. might have to stretch the end a bit first before it can fullly make it around the tube.
stick cd through. blow up balloon. and that should do it.
