Is it possible to pin a particular document to the windows 7 taskbar?

I want to pin a notepad document onto the taskbar which i use regularly to jot down things...but when i pin it, it pins the notepad program not my particular document. Is it possible to just pin the document?

If you pin a document then it will place Notepad on the task bar and place that document at the top of the jump list.

However, you can pin a .TXT file to the START MENU and it will open in Notepad.

There are many Popups Notes application for this purpose (including one native to Win 7 installation).

However you can pin any doc to the taskbar.

Then.

1. If you just click on the icon it would open the application that is associated with the file with no file loaded.

2. If instead of regular click you right click on the icon, you would be able to open the application with the Doc that you initially pinned loaded.

In the example a file about Overclocking was pinned.
