Is it possible to paint the Pioneer slot loading DVD drive?

Remove the front, strip off everything you do not want paint on, and then you just spray away...

I did this a few years ago for a customer who craved a metallic blue cd-front.

hmmm ok...i'll just strip the front part off...but i dont want to damage that rubber thingy magigy that helps the CD/DVD's slide in and out.

Once you have removed the front, it is easy to remove the "rubber thingy" you will surely understand how to remove it once you have removed the front. (what is this thingy really called, does it have an name?)

Good luck!

It's no sweat man
Like PCR said, the front plastic panel is really easy to get off.
The Slot loads are much easier to repaint than the trays.
