If I'm not staring at nearby boobs it's because I'm spending every second focusing intently on not staring at them. That occupies so much of my brainpower that I don't have any attention left to care about what the boob bearer is taking about. If it were socially acceptable to stare at the boobs I could be a much better conversationalist.
