i may occasionally casually glance at another woman's boobs if she is wearing non-revealing clothing.

if the clothes are verging on releasing the hounds at any moment, then i probably give them more than a passing peep. not one of these, but still, probably more than a gander:

Well you can not stare at breasts, but I can't imagine why you would want to. If her boobs are hanging out it's because she wants the world to see them!
 
Men should be staring, that's what they're there for. If she didn't want the stares, then she wouldn't be dressing that way. i'm sure she won't mind.
 
Sometimes it's difficult but I when consciously choosing not to it's not too bad. Or at least I don't think I do. I have a bad habit of walking with my eyes cast downwards, so sometimes when some random lady and I turn around a corner and nearly run into each other I realize that my eyes probably crossed paths with her chest, even though the image of them was not retained within my memory. Voted yes anyways. You guys just lack willpower.
 
I tried.. Talking to a coworker with a huge rack this week. Stopped paying attention and my eyes just found their way there.
 
Its incredibly difficult. I'm a self proclaimed breast fan and a nice rack and tempting cleavage are like crack to me. Its a monumental effort to sometimes not stare. I can say the same about a nice set of curvy hips/thighs or a plump ass.

Ass is another matter. Walking on campus I saw this black dude at least 300 feet in front of me with an incredibly tight butt in blue jeans and it may as well have been a beacon. :wub:
