is it possible to lan Baldurs gate 2

well every once in awhile i'll lan a few computers and try to get a black isle game running, icewind dale or more recently baldur's gate 2, i try ipx/spx protocols and tcp/ip and nothing works. No one can see eachothers game and no one can join. You can only create one by yourself. Has anyone ever had sucess lanning Baldurs gate? and how? I've read on other forums that it is bugged and hard to get working. Im sure its possible, just want to throw this out there, its a great game. TIA

you may need to unblock certain ports. check the readme.txt file (ctrl-F will be your friend)

we have a group of 4-6 AT people playing BG2 together throughout the week, so it does work
