is it possible to 'grab' these audio files?

it's a language site with audio. but I can only play it on the website. Is there a to get the audio out?

the purpose is to get the audio so I can burn it on a CD, or put it on my mp3 player to practice.

If you look at the page source, you'll see the links for the wma files that the lesson triggers.

dont mean to sound dumb, so I found the .wma link in the code. what do I do with them??

Download with some kind of download manager. Pasting those links in firefox should cause wmp to open for you to save them.
