Is it possible to get vinyl and fabric dye out of a shirt?

The automotive stuff meant to bring your interior back to it's orginal shade. I was opening a can of it the wrong way, aka without a screwdriver. When It flew open, I depressed the nozzle just a bit and it sprayed some onto my shirt. I like this shirt a lot and would like to keep wearing it if I can get the spot out. I was actually wearing it inside out at the time, so the worst of the stain is on the inside and only a bit shows through- but plenty enough to be noticable. I washed it with water and put some clorox 'Stain out' on it. I'm pretty sure that's not going to get it all out. The shirt is mostly white. Can I dip the affected area in a bleach solution or something? Maybe H2O2?

I dont think you can get fabric dye out...that would kinda defeat the purpose of dyeing fabric.

Yeah, it's fabric dye; but secondarily to being a vinyl/plastic dye. I figure it'll be similar to spraypaint.
