Is it possible to get rid of toe jams?

As odd as it may seem, Clorets gum may help. A good friend had foot smell that would drive you out of the house if he took off his shoes. NOTHING seemed to help. He went to a podiatrist thinking there was something that could be done medically...the doc told him to start Chewing Clorets gum. Something about the Chlorophyll that helps neutralize the foot odor. He didn't believe it, and all of his friends were skeptical when he told us, (and were ready to run screaming from the building when he took off his shoes to prove it) but much to everyone's surprise, after about 2 days of chewing Clorets gum, his foot odor went away and as long as he continued to use it, stayed away.

How about washing your feet when you shower?

Grab a wash cloth, lather it up with deodorant soap like Irish Spring and then scrub them top to bottom and in between the toes.

Then use some Baking Soda in your shoes to help absorb sweat and orders.

Another thing that may help is soaking your feet every night in hot(very warm) water with 1 cup of vinegar per gallon of water. the acidic effect of the vinegar is good for a variety of foot ailments. I had a podiatrist recommend it to me when I saw him to have a soft corn removed.

Agreed. For some reason, both vinegar and baking soda have like a million practical uses. And when you use them together, you know what happens 🙂

I used to have a problem like that too. My feet sweat a lot. A doctor prescribed Lazer Formalyde Solution to me. I used it a few times and no longer have stinky feet. Soaking your feet is helpfull too. Soaking your feet in peroxide mixed with water is great.

i always get a lot of gunk between my smallest and next smallest toes. it also sometimes gets sore the skin breaks open there.

I get botox injections in my feet. The chemical stops your feet from sweating, which of course means no smell.

Stop wearing the same shoes everyday and use cedar blocks.

And wash your feet/change socks when you get home, REALLY scrub then in the morning. It will be cleared up in no time. Unless it's your shoes that are actually ruined. In that case only new shoes will help. Once the funk is in the shoes it continues to thrive/live.

Do you actually wash your feet with soap and water when you shower? This usually is sufficient for most people.

You might have some kind of fungus or bacteria thriving inside your shoes. So, in addition to previous advice, try sterilizing them or getting a new pair of shoes.

got onchymichosis (nail fungus) ? go see the md, he'll check yr liver function and prescribe you antifungal for a few months

Washing better between the toes seems obvious to me, barring any fungal infections. Also, if you constantly wear the same shoes, the shoes themselves and their bacteria might be contributing directly to the problem.
