my friend wants to upgrade from his pentium 200. He has only a limited amount of money to spend and I can't think of anything for $300. Maybe you guys know of something....

If need to buy everything, need $500 at least.
If just need cpu, mb, ram, vga card, $300 is possible - duron 700-800, epox or msi mb, 128M Crucial pc133, TNT2M64 or Voodoo3.
