Is it possible to get a credit card without an income?

yep, just sign on to the ones that set up booths on campus. they fall over themselves to give one (though not much credit, I have $1500 which I rarely use).

My wife got a CC as soon as she was accepted to college. She had never ever had a job at that point.

I know people rejected many times by CC companies for not credit history. They are college students who applied to various college credit cardsm, but all of them eventually found people willing to give them a CC.

Someone else has income right? Thats the deal . You or someone must have income . Other wise who will pay the bills . My son had the same scene . Me(his dear old dad) pays the bills . I'm not trying to be an axx but sooner or later you will see what I am talking about . Good luck in 2005 . Later.....SD......

If you have a job and NO credit, go to the bank and apply for a Secured credit card.

That's what I did. I put $100 down and got a $500 limit. After a year they made it Unsecured, gave me my $100 back, and offered to raise the limit.

My dog (years ago) and my sone 4.5 years ago were both given them

and neither one worked😉

It is amazing how you get on the list by putting the dog's name on an envelope (sent to purina)

not sure how you would pay the cc bills without income, but yea. do your parents pay for your tuition? you can count that as income (so the people at one bank told me).
