is it possible to flip a document 90 degrees in office xp?

i was wondering b/c i have a older tablet pc running win 98 w/ office xp and i want to be able to edit documets in portrait mode instead of landscape. My tablet doesnt have screen rotation software. If not possible via office XP, is there some universal screen roation software that works with almost any video card?

File --> page setup --> landscape

that doesnt flip the text on the screen. That just changes the format of the page on the screen. I need to be able to flip the text so i can turn my tablet pc 90 degrees and have the text align with myself.
