Is it possible to "Double Overclock" a vid card (accidently)?

Lets say one pushes up the FSB in the bios on an Athlon XP to 150 MHz...

Does this new speed effectively overclock the Vid card too so as to increase the clock on the vid card? ie... if one were to O/C the already overclocked vid card, would the result fry the card that much more quickly? All things being equal, is the vid card core and memory overclocking independent of the MoBo???

Yes and no.

Yes it will raise the speed of the AGP bus

No it will not raise the core clock or the memory clock on the video card.
