I have a laptop with mic and headphone ports . . .

Is it possible that I can make it such that a signal sent through the mic port can be heard on the speakers connected through the headphone port?

yes it is...just increase mic volume in the sound control pannel

IIRC it's possible, just forgot how exactly it was possible. Might've been using Roger Wilco, Teamspeak, or similar when I tried some time ago.
