he'll also need your billing address to make sure they cancel the right order. Street address city and zip.

Hell, just scan a credit card statement or give us the online login, it'll save time.

Make sure you have your customer and/or order number ready. Where do you find that? Probably in the e-mail order confirmation they sent you.
