Is it possible to buy a 27-32" CRT TV with a digital receiver?

...and I don't want to buy a TV with just an analog receiver and then be SOL when they switch over to terrestrial digital broadcasts. Aren't they supposed to be doing that soon anyways?

I think the only TV's with built in digital recievers are usually HDTV's. Even then, they've pretty expensive.

Your analog TV won't be obsolete when the switchover to digital TV occurs at the end of 2006 - you'll still be able to buy a digital tuner box for OTA broadcasting. The thought right now is they'll be around ~$100, although I'd expect them to be cheaper since they'll pretty much be required for every TV you own if you don't have digital cable/satallite serivce and many people own multiple TV's (my parents have six, with only one on a digital signal)

On Over-the-Air digital broadcasts, how is the quality compared to a digital signal over a cable line? I mean, since it is digital, there's probably a lot of error correction codes built into the bitstream, so I wouldn't expect as much degredation as an analog signal, right?
