Is it possible to add files to an ISO image?

I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 and Nero Burning Rom. Can either of these programs add a few files to an existing ISO?

I think you can use ISO Buster to do it

The only way I know of to do this is in Norton Ghost 6.5 or above using Ghost Explorer, but I think the resulting image file is only usable by Ghost. Don't know 100%.

WinIso can do the same thing.
