How high is ur gpa?
about an even 3 for sophomore/junior years, around a 3.2 if u include freshman year, which they TOLD US wouldn't matter (they being the school, once more lying straight to my face)
Cal Poly Pomona or Obispo?
I have several friends going to Cal Poly Pomona... trust me... it's very easy to get into that school to say it lightly.
FYI, I had a 3.28 GPA in high school and a 1380 SAT (790 Math, 590 Verbal). However, I did go to a good high school that sends virtually everyone to a UC. Cal States at the least and the local Community College at the worst. I was an honors/AP student though and I passed all of my AP tests. Got accepted to most UC's except for Berkeley and San Diego. (UCLA, UCI, Cal Poly Obispo & Pomona, etc.) well its senior year and i have one, maybe two more chances to take the SAT I's, but i'm done. I've gone through more stress then any other 3 high schoolers at my school and i'm just damn exhausted. I plan on focusing on doing very well in whatever business college I get accepted into, minor in computer science or law, and see what happens from there.
I hate studying. I was never good at writing and english courses. As you see, I never succeeded at writing but then again I didn't study for it. All I did was take numerous practice tests (at least 10+), and my score kept improving. I started off w/ a 1080 on PSAT. Pesronally, I think just getting used to the test is the most important and being able to find your own method of figuring answers out w/o actually knowing the correct answer automatically, and whether to skip or still answer it.
After taking so many tests, you'll start recognizing the words the naturally as well as the formats, and you'll see very similar questions. Of course, this is saying you look back at your wrong answers.
