Is it OKay to be a T in Counter-Strike......

I just played CS for the first time since this whole mess started... I didn't much feel like playing a T anymore.... Anyone else had this reaction...

The Teams auto-balance anyway. I always preferred CT anyway. The Colt just rules everything. I guess its normal to not wanna be a T anymore, but you should realize its still a game.

I've noticed that less people have been playing Counter-Strike ever since the incident. I'm not sure about the situation now but for about two days the player count was down.

its a game... If it really has that much impact on your personal life I would suggest cutting back... I had to, but that was because I was suffering in school...

I almost always use to play T...Love the AK-47. Now I play T only when I have to, it just seems so wrong.

My fav CS server is packed as usual....


In Comp games, evil vs. good is only an illusion. Playing T is no different than playing CT.....except the the colt. Damn I love that weapon

I never played CS that much and was always into Day of Defeat. I was addicted to that game! But I recently loaded it up to play a little bit to get my mind of things. I just didn't seem the same. Yes its only a game, but now is seems so insignifcant. Maybe I just cannot put the events out of mind as easy as the rest of you.

The solution is very simple.

If you must be a Terrorist, sabotage your team's efforts to win. Sometimes when I have an idiot team member who is hiding in the shadows, I shine my flashlight on him so that the opponents know where he is.

Another good method is to throw a flashbang at your own team. Some idiots do this inadvertently. Also, if you have the bomb, go to a really remote area of the map and drop it there... Finally, relay all Terrorist-only messages to the Counter-Terrorists. Let the good guys know where the rush is going to happen.

thsi is kind of a dumb topic because it is just a game and you could replace "terriorest" with like "smerf" and i'd still be the same game...

i just play which ever side.. but some maps i liek one side more than the other... like in "inferno" i like being T... and in assault i like being CT

Play as a T and only play tower.

Did anyone see that picture of the burning WTCs while one was collapsing with the "Terrorists Win" super imposed on it???

Also had a "Osama Bin Ladan headshots USA" symbol where that would ususally go in a CS game.

I was playing it today - seems like a lot of people are playing on CT

And I absolutely hate that people have to use the name "bin ladden" or some other name that makes light of this situation.

Yeah, C-s.net closed their website for the week due to the events on tuesday.
