Is it ok to shift this fast in everyday driving?

hell, I drive like that every single day.

Not kidding really. I'm hard on cars.

-edit- I'm also taking my car in for tranny work, so that should tell you something.

It's like wtf he is THE DRIFT KING, Mr Suchi (dodgy spelling I know) from Best Motoring or a show to something like that. He is a SOLID driver.
 
Um that's about my normal speed...dunno why but I think I shift a little faster than that...and I only drive a '99 civic.

I used to be really slow when I first started though...
