I think its both

What kind of car do you drive? I shift my RSX-S that as fast as the driver in the video. But I could not do it in my 1987 Civic.

Um that's about my normal speed...dunno why but I think I shift a little faster than that...and I only drive a '99 civic.

I used to be really slow when I first started though...
