well, it depends. if it was leftover then probably not. they probably just used it for storage so they can serve it again later on, but not for you to eat out of it.

I was recently "caught" eating Jello out of a Tupperware container and was ridiculed. Do you feel it's alright to eat from plastic containers?

Do you work at the plate factory or something? Whats wrong with those dorks.

In my early 20's you'd be surprised to know how many times I ate off of a frisbee; so tupperware, IMHO, is a step up.

hmm
if its a situation where you are eating jelo out of a large container of tupperware then putting the rest back in the fridge for the rest of your family (or roommates whatever) then NO THATS GROSS.

but in all other cases then yes its acceptable

Not a bachelor, but I eat out of anything I want, and my GF just laughs and says the crazy sh1t I do is one of the reasons she loves me. :D The main thing keeping me from eating out of the damn pot itself is I just cooked and its damn hot.

no reason to dirty another dish. I've eaten out of the pot before, if it's a small one and it's soup or noodles. Same reasoning as the tupperware, just need to use a potholder as a placemat and you're fine

It was my lunchbox! :)
