The fan itself is very quiet, but it makes a high pitch noise, what can I do? I can't really understand whether it's mechanical or electric noise, but it gets louder as fan rpm's drop and at high rpm's it's completely gone, trust me, I would hear a high pitch noise, if there is, even if there would be 12 of these fans, but it's just gone.

It says it has some nano dynamic fluid bearing, so it should work with the default fluids and oil itself with them?

Also the noise is louder when I turn computer on, then it slowly gets quieter.
Can anyone help me with this?

Fan is Xilence Dual Wing XQ series (PWM(not white LED)), it's rpm's are controllable twice as fast max rpm's.

1) Are you certain it is coil whine? The youtube vid makes it hard to discern what the actual noise is. Coil whine can sound pretty funky, not sure if your noise is fan related or actual coil whine.

2) If it is coil whine, vsync turned on (within the game, not control panel) will eliminate it. I don't think you can turn vsync on in 3dmark11. Try a game with vsync on and see if that eliminates the sound. Remember, enable vsync in game, not the control panel which doesn't work sometimes.

I am pretty sure it is coil whine. But never mind that, iv'e come to a conclusion that it's somewhat normal, considering I have standard chokes which tend to do that.

Fan noise is another problem, it's another whine sound, but this sound is on whenever the computer is on, so it's pretty much more annoying than the GPU coil whine.

You could stick your fingers in the fans for just a quick second, to stop them from spinning and better isolate the sound. But to me it does sounds like the electronic components. So it's a coil whine, but the frequency is very low so it's more like:
Coil farts. Yep, your computer has coil farts.

You should only get coil whine when vsync is off, and when your framerate is ridiculously high. Does it fix itself when vsync is on? Remember, in a game, not in 3dmark. Also, enable vsync in game, not the control panel. If you get the noise even when framerates are low or vsync is on, it may be something else

For some games it makes that sound even when Vsync is on. It depends on the content displayed on screen, if it's simple like skies and a tree it doesn't make the sound, but if it's like a concrete jungle it does it. :/

HOLLY COW IT'S DOING IT ON ALL THE GAMES EVEN WITH VSYNC ON!!!

Here is a video of F1 2012 in action with Vsync on, also I show the case fan problem at the end of the video.
