Are you running more than one client on the same system? Do you have the client installed on more than one system? Most likely, you're not really getting the exact same WU, just multiple WUs from the same project. You can see the points given for different projects, and links to project descriptions, on this page. 🙂Originally posted by: JeffCos
I keep getting the same 3 or 4 WU's over and over again, is this normal?

Ok, if you're going to run two CLIs, you need to have them in separate folders, with separate machine IDs (set this under the advanced config). Also, once you have one set up, do _not_ copy the entire contents of that folder over to another system. Each client (even multiple ones on the same system) gets a totally unique ID from the server the first time it connects, and copying all of the files from one system to the next will cause two to have the same ID, and that will cause problems with actual duplicate WUs (not just WUs from the same variety). In other words, you can download the EXE once, but copy only it to the other systems, and set them up individually (yes, it's a bit more of a hassle, and there are some fancy scripts that might make it easier, but for just a few machines they're not worth the effort IMHO).Originally posted by: JeffCos
I was running more than 1 client on my home rig, i was running a console and a service, but I have since removed the service. As for other systems yes, my same username is running on two other machines not on my network. Does that help any?
