If you were smart, you'd force them to go to nursing school. Once the boomers age enough, the general commerical job market will be flooded with people with degrees, and a lack of consumers to maintain all the jobs. Nursing on the other hand will be the hot field, since the boomers need someone to take care of them, and their kids sure don't want to be it.Originally posted by: Pandaren
Tuition is getting outrageously expensive. I went Ivy, and was one of those lucky ones whose parents could afford it.
I made damn sure to graduate in four years. An extra 40k down the drain would have been inexcusable. I don't know if I'd send my future kids to an Ivy League or expensive private university. The cost seems way out of proportion to the benefit.
