So, what happened? Did someone relieve themself on the server? Maybe a cleaning person had to plug in his/her vacuum.

the server is up, all the files are just missing. i think colleen over wrote the database with pictures of that elf guy she's crazy about

Being an admin may not be enough. If she doesn't have a local backup of the files, or access to a backup of them somewhere, and access to the server itself, nothing can be done.
