I still don't know who she is. But, what I can infer is that she's known by people who watch movies that 12 year old girls are the stars of. And, unless I'm mistaken, the target audience for those movies is 10-15 year old girls. Well, and the above quote probably applies as well. The only reason most people knew who the Olsen twins were when they were younger is because of Family Ties.

edit: wait a second, I saw Dark Shadows and I still find her completely forgettable.

While obviously not the intended target, those types of movies are also favorites of pedos, and closet pedos. And we have a lot of the closet type on here, so it's no surprise so many on here know who she is.
