Is it legal to sell unregistered domain names??**UPDATED**

Perhaps I'll register one of those domain names, then bid on the auction... see what he does when I ask him to transfer the domain to me. 🙂

Look at his feedback, it doesn't display the Item # for most of his feedback.

Make sure to update us with results if you do this.. would be interesting 🙂

I decided to see what this guy would do.....So I went ahead and bought AmateursHere.com. I am now the high bidder in the auction as well. Only 6 days left!!

saved for later... can't wait!

And... what if you're NOT the highest bidder... THEN what's he going to do??

In fact, that might even be better... don't let him know you're the highest bidder...
email him to inform him you see he sold *your* domain name... offer to sell it to him for $10 more than he sold it for, otherwise he's going to be reported to ebay for selling things that don't belong to him...
profit.

Best idea EVAR!

Only problem would be if he does a who is on the domain then a lookup on the user id that bid on the auction.

Ways around it???

Yes, register the domain with NameCheap.com which offers FREE WhoisGuard Protection 🙂

Looks like he ended ALL of his domain name auctions early except one.

Looks like he will register after a bid to make some money.......

I thought you can't transfer a domain within 2 months of registering it?
