Is it legal to download eval software...

use it, then uninstall/reinstall when your time-limit is up?

I know morally it's wrong, and if you do that, you might as well just crack it, but I'm just curious about the legality of it.

When you download it, you are indicating that you will abide by the eval terms.

Re-installing after experiation is violating those terms.
