Is it just me, or is this guy a modern day creative electronic genius?

I thought this thread was going to be about someone like Nikola Tesla.

/walks out of thread in disgust

😛

I may not care for Gnote but I do like that site... Dannyboy you're just in a bad mood because you hate your job.

Some a pretty good, but some look like stuff I accidentally took when I bumped the camera (especially that stairs one...what was up with that?)

Most of those were art-jerkoff pictures that every single photographer who thinks they can shoot a deep and meaningful shot have already done years ago.

I dunno about genius.
He's an ok lo-fi / ambient producer.

The site design itself is nice.

i agree that the subjects in his photos weren't new or exciting, but name one subject that hasn't already been shot to death. that's like saying "new music sucks because it's all already been done." you're totally missing the point. i think this guy has a very modern eye for lighting and color and it's really refreshing among the sea of crappy black-and-white and desaturated crap that's been in style for the last 5 years.

Anyone can work with colors easily now due to computers and photoshop and related programs.
It's not as impressive as film.

Oh yeah? Well that's just like...your opinion, man. [/the_dude]

Eh? His shot's were a bit more than that imo.

The photography was better than average. I'm more impressed with the design skills (some of the posters kicked ass) and the presentation of the material.
