There should be a physical "reset" button on the back of the router.
(you may need a paper clip to press it)

Refer to chapter 4:7 "Router administration" and you'll be all set short term. Long term however I would take @VirtualLarry 's advice and replace it with a currently supported model. (or use the "modded" Tomato 3rd party firmware which works well)
