Is it just me or is Firefox just garbage these days?

Has anyone compared Chrome to Comodo Dragon?

I noticed Dragon was a little bit faster.

or what about CHromium. I like Chromium cause its Chrome without all the Google added crap. Of course it also means you have to install Flashplayer manually and manually update everything.

Dragon didnt seem any faster to me, maybe a tad slower than Chromium but thats to be expected with dragons added security features.

No one cares how fast a browser is. There all to close to even care. What difference does it make if one loads a website in 1 second less than the other or even .5 seconds less?

Well I do care how fast it opens pages, but that's not really even what I was talking about. I am talking about time spent waiting on the program to load up in the first place. Yeah at home I have a sandy bridge rig with ssd so it's a non issue, but that ain't the case everywhere. If I'm at work on some of our older machines, or using a slow netbook etc it makes a ton of difference. Firefox takes awhile to open on slower machines, chrome loads in a instant.
