is it just me or is ebay's new fee structure raping me harder than usual?

As of about 6 months ago my ebay/paypal seller fees were between 16 and 17% of gross.

here is a screenshot of my excel spreadsheet P&L for individual ebay items to give an idea of the costs of selling on ebay

spreadsheet

this is in the clothing category, where final value fees are 12%.

actually I do fixed price listings, where the fee structure is different altogether
