I don't think so. That song is fvcking awesome. However, I LOVE the orchestral version of it in The Aviator, but I can't find an .mp3 of it. :(

Have you seen it in New York or London. Other places don't do it respect in my opinion. I've seen Phantom around 3 times, and the best shows were in NY in London...who would have thought. :) I think the music is great, and I'm not a huge fan of operas.

Took the movie version of the Phantom of the Opera song and added soundtracks from the London and Toronto theatre versions. I tried as best as possible to sync the 3 soundtracks together, but the pace is slightly different for each of them. The password for the RAR archive is phantom and you will need Quicktime 7 to playback. If you have the pro version, you can go into Show Movie Properties and deselect the appropriate extra soundtracks. Otherwise, you have to watch the video with all 3 soundtracks at the same time.

The London version is with Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman and the Toronto version is with Colm Wilkinson and Rebecca Caine.

If anyone has different versions, I wouldn't mind adding it to the video.

Here's a new version of with a Spanish, German and Japanese soundtrack - link

It's become quite a mish-mash of different vocals. For the non-QT7 pro users, after the video, I added the Spanish, German and Japanese songs so you can actually hear them individually.

Still looking for more soundtracks to add to this vid.

If you really want to see what ALW is capable of you need to check out Evita and Sunset Boulevard.

Also, Phantom... is NOT an opera.
