TJMaxx is where you find the steals and deals on clothes and house stuff.

yeah but how come all the guys i see in there look extremely faggish? ;)

Hmm, I guess you've never walked around Diesel or A|X...

Bah, Banana Republic...'nuff said :Q

Anyways, I buy 90% of my clothing and outerwear from J.Crew. Stay away from their shoes though, pretty shoddy in my experience. Just wait a month after their new line comes out (it comes out a month early for every season anyways), get on their mailing list, and you end up paying 50% off and you won't look like a billboard ;)

I'm going to be going at it with Penny's in a couple months. My son has some Skechers Energy 2 - Energize 5150 M shoes that were purchased in August. I noticed seams pulling apart in the toe of one shoe a couple weeks ago. Asked my wife if she had the receipt. Naturally she didn't :disgust:

I told her to take them back to Penny's for replacements anyway. She had canceled check or CC statement as proof. The clerk said it looked as if the shoe had failed due to skateboard use*, so he couldn't give a refund, only 50% off a new pair. Screw that! I bought a pair for full price and I'm returning the old ones using that receipt in about 8 weeks for full refund. I ain't eating the damn things and neither would Penny's! The manufacturer will credit them, so I don't see why this clerk is giving me trouble! I doubt Sears would have been so stupid about it.

* My son doesn't own a skateboard. The damn shoes have NOT been abused in any way, other than being worn in snow and rain now and then. This is nuts! I got better life out of $8.00 Keds or $12.00 Converse type tennis shoes 35 years ago, than I do with these exotic, expensive POS! :|

Penneys is OK but I like Kaufmanns. I like Polo clothes, & Kaufmanns often has them on sale.

Old Navy though is hard to beat for good prices and nice clothes. I shop there quite a bit too.

Yeah!!!! Darn punks these days... saving money and crap... what's with that!!! ;)
I always check out the dept stores for clothing, they seems to always eventually have insane markdowns on designer clothing. I can't stand Diesel stuff for some reason... it does look too faggy. I'll stick to more classic style.

$50 sweaters at A&F/BR or severely marked-down sweater ($30) from NYBasics/Kenneth Cole... um, #2 Alex.

Some people care about looking good (Ever heard of "Dress For Success" or "Dress the Part"??).

Some of those same people care about scoring hot chicks who also are concerned with their appearance.
