Is it just me, or does everyone who works in Chicago O'Hare have a horrible attitude?

From the dirtbags in McDonalds/magazine stand/bar to the biatchs working at the gates, all a$$holes....

Im happy to be back in the northwest where people arent so agro...

Pretty close.

St Louis is worse though.

Flew through St Louis once, hope to never return.

The ticket counter at American there was most likely the most hostile customer service experience I have ever had.

Still beats flying into Lambert in St. Louis. I fvcking hate that airport with the fire of 1000 suns.

Yup, they are beotchs for sure. I try to stay the hell away from that airport if possible, I'll fly into MKE and just drive down to Chicago if I have to. If only to save myself the want to kill myself as soon as I get off the plane at ORD.

I've been through both Midway and Ohare on business trips many times, and yeah, the workers there certainly don't seem all that enthusiastic. Laguardia is the same. But If I had to do that kind of work, I'd probably have quite the attitude myself. As far as getting around airports, Pearson in Toronto is the worst by far. A shuttle to terminal 2, then a line in customs, then another shuttle to terminal 1, bloody inconvenient. I hate Pearson.

Come to think of it, everyone in the international terminal at ORD is much nicer.

I've only flown into Chicago once and it was the other airport they have... Can't remember the name though. Never been to O'Hare.

That's true. I go back to my parents every year and go through the international terminal. Guess they get paid more.:D

depends on the time of the day
during rush times, yeah, employees are pricks
it's a high stress job i presume

at night and wee hours of the morning people are cool though

the guy who plays the sax in the main hall is cool

and yeah, people at international are considerably nicer...but then again, that building is 100 times nicer than domestic

oh and the meanest, coldest people at ohare are the people at the parking gates (where you pay for your parking)

i DARE you to be overly friendly and say "Hi How are you doing today?" to the large black lady.
I did, and she wouldn't open the gate after i paid. She kept sayin "what that s'posed to mean?!?!?"
