Is it just me or does everyone have a tattoo these days?

I've got almost 30.. honestly I barely remember that I have them until someone stares at them. Really don't give a shit what others think either way though.
 
My girlfriend has a really nice Lotus flower tattoo on one of her shoulder blades. The work was impeccable. She also has a bird on the lower part of her stomach on one side where she will add a bass clef and some music notes on. It's dead sexy when she is nekkies. My friend Rey has a 3/4 sleeve on each arm which leads into a full chest piece. His tattoo artist was amazing. It just flows perfectly throughout. Then I see idiots with a bunch of haphazard disorganized tats on their arms and I'm like wtf were you thinking. Or the guy at rehab who had everything tattood down to his knuckles and face. It did not look good at all. Like anything dumb people can turn anything good into bad.

All the guys I've seen with a ruler tattoo aren't super concerned about being totally accurate, given their use of it.
 
Having tattoos is like being a smoker - It is unattractive, bad for your health and generally getting them is a bad habit that people generally looked down upon and conveys lower social and economic status... but everyone who does it isn't "stupid", just as everyone who smokes isn't "stupid". Many of them are highly intelligent people who do not care about their personal health or how they look to others (for various reasons).


Obama smoked cigarrettes. There are great people with tattoos. That said, cigarettes are stupid and so are tattoos.
