Is it illegal?

I have a tracking number that says it was delivered, but I never received it, and my mom says it hasn't been delivered. But I think shes holding onto it. Also I have a package that I sent, but may have been returned and I don't know yet because I think my mom is holding onto my mail.

 
My trades are getting all $%$ up she kicked me out of the house for being a brat wich i was. But im not getting my mail. But my mail is being interfered with. I turn 18 on nov 2.

Any suggestions.

Sounds like a nice family. Go to the post office and have your mail forwarded to wherever you live now.
 
ok, what about the lost mail, I have a trade going but this nonsense is screwing up the trade im currently in.

dude chill out, that was a joke based on a very old thread geez...

besides it does matter why your mom decides to withhold your mail..this is ATOT after all and dammit we need to know

besides have you considered maybe getting a P.O. Box..its a hassle and probably would suck if your doing FS/FT but at least she cant get a hold of your mail anymore.
 
in regards to "is it legal?" ...

The people that we bought this place from havent forwarded their mailing address yet.. we moved in at the end of May. We have done the usual return to sender - moved.. but we still get a crapload of mail and have gotten tired of returning it to the mailbox ( we dont have one of those mailboxes at the house ). Is it illegal if i throw it away or hold it?
