never would i pay for it, but i was watching cops and they were busting guys going after hookers and it made me think of this as a way out for them. i have more women for free then i care to deal with.

In Canada, its illegal to pick them up off the street, but if they do outcalls (or incalls? One or the other) its legal in a good chunk of the country.

IE, you can say how much, and she goes "lets go to this hotel room" and when you get there you decide a price, thats more or less legal.
