Someone wrote a neutral review pointing out that many of the positive reviews were written in close proximity to each other(within 15 minutes in many cases), while the negative reviews were spread out more naturally.

Edit: Neutral
Check the dates and times of the feedback. notice that the times of the feedback on those days is pretty close... Every. Day. except for the negative comments. On File 12/15/2005 9:37:00 AM

Doesn't look good to me. I wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole.

if you used a CC, you can usually just dispute the charges and get your credit back if the seller fails to meet what they were offering.

Having been burned before, some stores from NJ or NY (sorry, no offense) scare the day light out of me.
I had to pass on this one.
BOL to those who ordered.

It's a scam. I'll eat a crow if this deal is real. For you brave ones who ordered, be ready to call your CC. $230+ off is just too good to be true. I could almost believe it if it were CompUSA or Frys doing such a sale, but not some unknown shady-looking site.

As for Pricewatch, I don't trust them anymore. Once several years ago, they were the place to be, not anymore. Just too many shady dealers to sift through. Try Pricegrabber instead. I know sometimes it's worth taking a gamble, but make sellers earn your trust first.

Oh, I'm sure they didn't mean to price this at $240 I'm just hoping that they either don't figure it out in time or honor the advertised price.

I want to jump on this deal so bad, but then I went to the "about us" page on the site. Here is what it says..."Computer3G give you the more ... online life, we are here to help you."

I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I think the loose translation is "Don't buy from here!" Thus I think I shall have to pass on this deal and just get by with my 7800GT until the DX10 cards hit.

They've found their screw-up and corrected it and it's now the fun part....
Whether they will honor their previous price..in which I doubt

Card is listed as backordered.

My order is still processing, and my credit card has yet to be charged.

most, if not all, vendors have a clause in their policy stating that they are not responsible for typographical errors in advertisement.
