SEC Media Days is on-going right now. The football itch is getting worse! I WANT FOOTBALL!!!

True, the SEC schedule has been printed off and passed around the office already. People have cleared off spaces on their cube wall for them. Smack e-mails started this week, ignited by a charity benefit with Alabama and Auburn stars (its today). Might be time to invest in the new NCAA 07 game.

I made the schedule my wallpaper at work. I love the helmet schedule though, might have to print that one. My uncle, a bama grad, always sends it to me (even though I went to UT 🙂 )

SEC is going to be nuts this year with the number of new QBs. Only Cox at Auburn seems to be entrenched. Russell at LSU, and Ainge at UT are solid returners but not entrenched. I'm very surprised to see rumors of Chris Leak facing challenges from the Freshman Tim Tebow.

I'll be at Alabama's first game against Hawaii on Labor Day weekend. Can't wait to see the new stadium improvements (new upperdeck and suites on one endzone, Walk of Champions, two bigscreens on the new upperdeck, display screens wrapped all the way around the stadiums like in some basketball arenas).

Ainge is pretty solid there, but he will have some heat. Tebow just sounds more suited to the type of offense UM wants to run. I don't see Leak being pulled though.

UT's redoing the stadium as well. Encasing the outside in brick and adding the screens around the stadium. Should look good by the first game.
