Every generation has their share of bad actors 😛 I'm more referring to new people with no experience that make it big and actually do a good job.
 
It's more about luck, being in the right place at the right time, looks, and personality than it is about being a good actor.

I know luck plays a huge part, but I'd say Christopher Mintz-Plasse doesn't meet any of the rest of those things.
